We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:

Returns

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If your order included free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
